It measures 20‘x20’ has underfloor heating and  and large modern comfortable sofas.   Outside there is a secluded, south facing, sun-trapped patio with stone steps leading up to a  third of an acre of raised lawn (care should be taken with toddlers). Fields and far reaching  views across countryside to St Agnes beacon lie beyond. The new de-luxe hand-built kitchen has a Britannia 6 burner ‘range’ cooker and two ovens with granite worktops throughout.  A striking feature is the mezzanine gallery bedroom set into the eaves of the original wing boasting polished wood floors and a  backdrop of old beams softly draped with filmy muslin.   A childrens' playground is nearby, the coastal footpath and the wonderful beaches of Chapel Porth and Trevaunance Cove are within  easy distance.
