nestles in the cosy and picturesque Valley of Crosscombe, only a short walk from an unspoilt rocky cove with lovely N.T. cliff walks. The neighbouring villages of St. Agnes (just over the hill) and Perranporth (only two miles away) offer fine surfing beaches and shops to cater for every conceivable requirement. There are a wealth of wonderful local gardens - many tropical.
Dolphin’s own garden is mature and beautiful with an abundance of flowers giving continual colour throughout the year with lots of private
places to relax.
The cottage has a cosy sitting room with woodburner, TV, video and music centre.
Upstairs a double bedded room with access to shower / wc, there is also a twin bedded room with single room off sharing a bathroom.
A romantic dining room with soft lighting.
A light and sunny kitchen with a stable door overlooking the garden.
Central heating throughout - recently installed.
Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and last but not least a green “aga” which infuses warmth throughout the cottage.
Outside there is a specially designated barbeque area.
