is ideal for a family holiday or off season short breaks. It is a charming cosy stone cottage, full of character with beamed ceilings and an open fire in the sitting room. The sleeping accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, a twin bedded room and one single. There is a well equipped kitchen, large dining/sitting room and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside a pretty sunny garden is ideal for relaxing, barbecues and soaking up the sun and ample off road parking.

is situated just down from the village centre close to the shops, pubs, public transport and restaurants. The beach at Trevaunance cove and the beautiful coastal and inland walks are less than a mile away. It is only 3 miles from the A30 making this an ideal home base to explore the rest of Cornwall.
