Bannsvale Farmhouse and Bannsvale Farm Cottage are 3 bedroomed period cottages with beamed ceilings and country views.

Peacefully set in a wooded valley with a stream running alongside the large garden yet only

• 1 mile from the sandy surfing beach at Porthtowan,
• 1½ miles the National Trust Beach of Chapel Porth
• ½ mile from the village centre of Mount Hawke.
• St. Agnes is about 1½ miles distant, with may pubs, shops, museum, etc.

The third downstairs bedroom has bunk beds and its own w/c and shower. Washing machine.

Upstairs. 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 double bedroom with twin beds.
