“The Barn” and "Little Barn", Bannsvale Farm are converted barns, set in a superb valley setting. A
peaceful get-away set in a wooded valley only 1 mile from the sandy surfing beach at Porthtowan and 1 mile from the quaint Cornish village of St. Agnes, with its variety of pubs, shops, restaurants and
beach. ½ mile from the village centre of Mount Hawke. Ideally situated for walking the coastal footpath and touring throughout Cornwall.
“The Barn”
The cottage comprises:-
 Ground Floor: Lounge area with colour TV with Sky and DVD player, Dining/Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, washing
machine, dish washer, microwave, toaster.
Upstairs: 2 well furnished and comfortable bedrooms (one double bedded room and one bunk bedded room) and shower room with w.c. Cot available if required.
