Accommodation comprises, 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, 1 twin bedroom with twin divans, bathroom with electric shower over bath, lounge with open fireplace, colour TV, DVD, and comfortable leather sofas, separate dining room with double futon, leading into kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen, fitted with quality units, electric double oven and ceramic hob, is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine,  tumble dryer, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, table & chairs.   There is off-road parking, by the side of the cottage for two vehicles.   With full central heating, part double-glazing,  cavity wall insulation  and of course a welcoming log fire Coombrae Cottage is the ideal base for holiday at any time of the year!   We also have available for rental a, fully refurbished 2 bedroom bungalow in Seaton, Devon, lovely gardens with sea views, ideally situated for exploring the Jurassic coast and countryside of East Devon.
